Our Programs

We offer a wide variety of programs designed to help young learners grow, explore, and build strong foundations for lifelong learning.

Evidence-Based Core Instruction

Our evidence-based core instruction uses proven teaching methods and research-backed curricula to ensure every student receives high-quality, engaging lessons that meet their individual learning needs and set them up for academic success.

Multi-Tiered System of Supports

We are fully implementd with a tiered support system for math, reading, and behavior, which includes an MTSS coordinator and full-time Title 1 teacher. This systematic framework benefits all students by providing differentiated support matched to their specific needs - from universal strategies that support the majority of students to intensive interventions for those requiring additional help.

Social-Emotional Learning and Support

Our school's full-time counselor and full-time social worker provide comprehensive support to students by helping manage behaviors, supporting classroom learning, and facilitating small group interventions. They also work one-on-one with students to address individual emotional needs, ensuring every child has access to the social-emotional support necessary for academic and personal success.

Early Childhood Education

Our Early Childhood Education program serves preschool and kindergarten learners with comprehensive programming and individualized support services designed to foster each child's growth and school readiness.

STEAM Program

Our STEAM program combines science, technology, engineering, arts, and math through hands-on projects and creative problem-solving that spark curiosity and bring learning to life.

Special Courses

We offer additional courses designed to enrich the educational experience for our students.

STEM
K-6 Students attend STEAM class multiple times each week where they focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. This includes advanced coursework such as coding, hydroponics, and other hands-on projects to prepare students for STEM-related fields.
Art
K-6 Student receive art instruction every week at CGES!
Braves P.R.I.D.E.
K-6 students attend Braves P.R.I.D.E. each week to learn about Perserverance, Respect, Integrity, Dependability, and Empathy as well as other social, emotional, and life skills from our counselor and social worker.
Computer Science
Focused on computer science, typing, creating, and information systems, we equip students with the technical skills needed to be successful beyond elementary school
Vocal Music and Band
K-6 students attend vocal music daily and our 5th and 6th grade students have the opportunity to be involved in band as well. Our music teacher also leads an after school choir that performs around the community and is open to 4th-6th grade students to try out.
Health and Physical Education
K-6 students attend PE daily and also see our PE teacher for health lessons. He partners with multiple outside organizations to enrich health education experiences for our students.
